T-Bact 2% Ointment is meant for external use only. It should be applied only to the affected area of the skin as per the dosage and schedule prescribed by your doctor. In order to get the most benefit, apply it regularly and preferably at the same time each day. Do not use larger amounts or apply it more often or for a longer duration than directed. This will only increase the risk of side effects. Do not use it for more than 10 days. Avoid any contact with your eyes, nose, or mouth. If CDAD is suspected or confirmed, the ongoing treatment of T Bact Ointment 15 gm should be discontinued. T Bact Ointment 15 gm should be stopped if irritation, severe itching, or skin rash occurs. If there is no improvement observed in 3-5 days, contact your doctor. T Bact Ointment 15 gm should be used with caution in children less than 2 months of age. Prolonged use of T Bact Ointment 15 gm may result in the overgrowth of fungi. Rinse with water in a case T Bact Ointment 15 gm accidentally enters your nose, eyes, or mouth. A separate product of nasal is available for use in the nose. T Bact Ointment 15 gm topical is for use only on the skin. Do not apply on the burnt skin or open cut wound.
