Chlorpheniramine relieves allergy/cold symptoms. Phenylephrine provides relief from congestion. Together, Maxtra Syrup 60 ml provides relief from cold.In some cases, Maxtra Syrup 60 ml may cause side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness, nausea and vomiting.
