Calcium carbonate is a dietary supplement used when the amount of calcium taken in the diet is not enough. Vitamin D3 is a form of vitamin D. It raises vitamin D levels in your blood. This in turn raises calcium levels in your blood by helping you absorb more calcium from food. Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that restores its level in the body thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems. L-Methyl Folate Calcium and Pyridoxal-5-phosphate are nutritional supplements that provide essential nutrients to our body and improve overall health.
Drug Warnings
Do not take Shelcal XT Tablet 15’s if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform your doctor if you have hypercalcaemia (high level of calcium in the blood), hypercalciuria (excess calcium in the urine), nephrocalcinosis (excess calcium deposition in the kidneys), nephrolithiasis (kidney stones), hypervitaminosis D (excess vitamin D), sarcoidosis, bowel disease, anaemia, malabsorption, low levels of potassium in blood, kidney or liver problems. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Shelcal XT Tablet 15’s should be given to children only if advised by the doctor. Avoid consuming alcohol along with Shelcal XT Tablet 15’s.
